Gillian Lyons

Gillian Lyons is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Humane World Action Fund, formerly Humane Society Legislative Fund, where she works to build and maintain relationships with agency officials to champion the implementation and enforcement of federal regulations that support the protection of animals. 

Gillian holds a BA from Rutgers University in New Jersey and a JD from Pace University in New York, where she focused on the intersection of environmental and animal law.
